Arbitration<\/h1>\n

Hindustan Chamber of Commerce provides services to its members for resolving all business disputes and differences viz. non-payment of original and\/or interest amount, no\/delayed delivery, defective supply of goods through its Arbitration mechanism, which is run according to Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The Chamber always tries to settle disputes amicably. The publishing of Awards is the last resort. The Award published by Chamber is up held by various courts like Bombay High Court and Supreme Court of India.<\/strong><\/p>\n
